These were alright. Liked the veg mix, but not sure about using the rice paper wrappers and deep frying. They were a bit too greasy and a bit chewy. Admittedly this is my first time using these kind of wrappers and maybe I didn't get the technique down perfectly. I'm thinking of trying them steamed next time.
