Here ya go. As usual, purn is not much for recipes so she freestyles a bit with the spices but this is a good guide for what we’d include in it + ratio for lentils to water. We tend to go heavy on the veggies as well compared to what is in here too. We didn’t do this time, but you can add other veggies in too which is tasty. We’ve done diced jalapeño before for a little extra kick which is nice. Spinach is also good too for some extra healthiness. Can just add that in at the end. Enjoy!
