These were a hit! I ended up having to make a second batch to feed 6 people. I used unsweetened vanilla Almond Malk in the first batch and had to use 1 cup of unsweetened Oat Malk in the second batch because I ran out of almond. I also used white vinegar. And probably only let it sit 15 minutes at the most each time. The second batch with the Oat Malk seemed a little lighter, less dense. Good stuff, even for dinner.
