Was really tasty. Make sure you spray the pan really well, otherwise they will get stuck. Added sour cream, salsa and hot sauces.
also... whenever I make taco meat for anything (tacos, nachos, enchiladas...) I brown the meat, then pulse it in the blender a few times, then putting it back in the pan and seasoning it the way I like it (with a bit of water if needed) this makes it a finer consistency, and a better overall chew in my opinion.
