I was looking for recipe that would come close to the sous vide egg bites at Starbucks and found this recipe. It was easy to put together and there infinite ways to customize flavor. They can be frozen and reheated so are great to have on-hand for a quick breakfast. I used a nonstick muffin tin to make mine and it worked great.
