Really good pizza crust. I let it rest the full time overnight and it did turn out with a nice texture.
Unfortunately my oven only goes to 500 degrees and I didn't realize this until ready to cook the pizza. I cooked it longer- about 15 minutes or more- at 500. They turned out very good and not underbaked, but did not get as crispy as I believe it would have with a proper bake. Despite this, would definitely try again.
Also made garlic knots with the second crust, baked the same time and brushed with garlic butter before baking. Turned out great.
