Absolutely delicious! Had extra croissants in the refrigerator but wanted something sweet and this is exactly what I needed. I cooked them for 12 minutes and let them cool before adding this icing, just crispy enough on the outside and moist on the inside. I did use tinfoil on the bottom of the cookie sheet, and glad I did because the filling definitely seeped out more than I expected (may not have rolled them tight enough)
