Cooked in crockpot on low for 9hrs.
Filled ceockpot with about halfway with diced yukon potatoes.
Added chopped celery hearts, diced carrots, and beef kielbasa, 1 carton of chicken stock, and dried chives.
When done, pulled out everything. put stock in pot, and left only half of the potatoes and Mashed them. Whisked 1/4 c flour in stock, added 1/3 c milk, 1/3 c greek yogurt and Cooked 2 min to thicken. Turned crockpot on high and added stock to mashed potatoes. Added the rest of the ingredients. Added a dollop of butter. Served with rolls. Would be really good with wild rice or spaetzle.
