← Replies in Chopped Thai Chicken Salad with Peanut Dressing Recipe

I had to tweak the dressing a bit because it tasted a little bland to me, but once I finally got it right the rest came together relatively quickly (although I was glad I made the chicken earlier this week). Thin-slicing everything was a little tedious. It was tasty both in a wrap and on its own, and I'm hoping it will go well with soba noodles for lunch the next couple of days.
