I made an un-vegan version because I thought it was a cool recipe, but I don't like buying extra ingredients. The version I did make was yummy😄. Veggy packed and filling 👍. A dipping sauce is a must, in my opinion. Sriracha mayo or peanut sauce sound like a good pairing
I used a mixture of egg and semi-skimmed milk in place of vegan ingredients. I would maybe do two eggs instead next time so it stuck together better.
Important: wear gloves with the chilli
