Made recipe as-is...I used double the parchment and folded it in half and tucked underneath so that when it came to midway tossing/flipping, I could pull the underside out and cover the tofu so I can flip it at once rather than individually..still had to use tongs to space them out..so I definitely need to fine-tune my flip..lol..or better yet, use a stainless steel cookie rack lightly sprayed or brushed with olive oil..but it tasted great as is...and will serve as my go-to when I want tofu-based dishes...

Try the air fryer version..10-12 minutes at 380F...flipping/shaking midway..my new preferred way of making crispy tofu...same ingredients
