Prep took me 25 min, not 5. Used 3 tbsp of sugar instead of 1/3-cup. Sprinkled corn starch instead of making a slurry. Used bucatini. Used half low sodium and half regular soy sauce. Dry. Could use more beef broth and less noodles. I accidentally used 16 oz noodles. DEFINITELY USE LESS PASTA. Dish is still dry.
