Took an hour and half for me to make. A lot of different elements. Some could be done ahead if
making this for a special occasion. The crunchy ‘migas’ mixture goes soggy in the soup! Also the soup is rather thin. However the flavour is amazing. Nice to have something nice to use Jerusalem artichokes for.
