I love this version of soaked muesli! I used grated apple, dried mixed berries..blueberries, cherries, cranberries & gooseberries, walnuts, cow's milk and plain skyr. The best part was the grated apple and dried fruit gave enough sweetness that it did not need any added sweetener. It lasts in the fridge for 4 days so I made 4 bowls, covered and refrigerated. It was a quick and very nutritious breakfast.
