I'm not sure what I think of this recipe. The patties were tasty, but overall it was pretty bland.
I used the suggestion of pairing with hot sauce (Sriracha) and it made things more flavourful.
Might try this again but with a different bread....maybe the pitas were too dry? I also took the advice of cutting the patties in half to better fit in the pita pocket (we used white instead of wheat).
Prep time took quite a bit longer than 25 minutes...closer to 45-60 for me. I feel like I am slow in the kitchen though so maybe others will get closer to the 25 minutes indicated.
