I totally forgot to take a picture. This was so good! I eyeballed the milk and sour cream, but it turned out perfectly. I apparently got over-sized chicken breasts, so I stuck the browned chicken in the oven with the roasted potatoes and asparagus we had with it. When my potatoes were cooked through, I started the sauce. My husband and I loved the sauce, but the 17 yo wasn't impressed. The only thing that would have made him happy would be cream gravy. We each had 1 cutlet with the sides. We had enough for 4 containers of leftovers. Though my husband used Hawaii sweetrolls to sop up the rest of the sauce. 😂 I will definitely make this again. Into the normal rotation it goes!
