It was very good but I did use slightly different ingredients. Didn’t find Dutch chocolate or vegan so I used regular semi sweet. I also didn’t find organic unsweetened soy milk so I used the regular red bottled one. These changes might have contributed to the graininess of the icing but it tasted great.
