Despite measuring things out exactly with a kitchen scale, my pie dish may have been too deep. The top was crispy, but the inside was just goop, despite baking for 50 mins in the dish and then transferring it to a flat tray for another 35. Tried it, and even the crispy parts on top were bland as hell. Never again.
