So incredibly good! I used day old brioche instead of Challah because I couldn't find it. Next time I will bake about 22 - 23 minutes as it was still l quite soft and custardy. I also made the strawberries with Grand Marnier as a topping and it was divine. One tip, do not densely pack the brown sugar for the caramel topping. Loosely packed is the perfect amount, otherwise it will be too sweet.
