Fall apart deliciousness! I used instant pot to cook boneless short ribs. I browned on each side 5 minutes and took out while I then left on saute to cook onions. Then added garlic, tomato paste cooked for a few minutes, then added balsamic (I only had 1/2 cup but that was enough imo) and I added a cup and a half of broth. Put on high pressure for 45 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes after it was done, then let pressure out. Fabulous with zero fat left! So good! I served on top of mashed potatoes with a side of fresh green beans cooked with shallots.
