Delicious! Whole family loved it! I use only 1 lb ital sausage, hot or mild with a small onion and 2 C chopped spinach, cheeses and a pinch of salt and a few pinches pepper. I use Rao's marinara. After I remove the foil, I only cook for 10 minutes, not 20. Comes out perfect!
