Tastes like actual sisig! I did not realise its the mayo that gives it that distinct taste/smell also, YUM! Also had the perfect amount of zing with chillis, I used 3 red and 2 green birds eye chillis! Even my skeptical boyfriend who doesn't eat pork and has never tasted the real thing ate and loved it! I sliced the tofu as thin as I could, a whole lot of slicing of the ingredients but this made quite a bit, we ate the leftovers the next day! Will be making this often!
