Recipe is super easy. I used creamy almond butter this time, and they turned out great. Had to improvise a little. We were out of sugar (made Kool aid earlier in the day with the last of our sugar -oops), so I subbed brown sugar. And we only had half a stick of unsalted butter so I used half a stick of salted and just omitted the salt in the recipe. My child enjoyed helping me make them but enjoyed eating one even more. We're impatient, so I pop them in the refrigerator to set a little quicker, instead of doing 30 minutes at room temperature.
