Loved this recipe! Directions are perfect and loved the video tutorial. Really helped me to visualize what the dough should look like. For the last rise I covered with a tea towel as suggested, but my dough dried out on top. It didn’t rise as much as it should have because of this dry crust, but still tasted amazing. Next time I will definitely use plastic wrap or another tray to cover.

I have made this once it was a great hit with all my family. They ate it so fast I didn’t get chance to take pictures. Will try to get photos next time 😃
