I’m not great at cutting the potatoes into fries and I over filled the basket, so even after 15 minutes the larger ones were still a touch on the form side in the middle.
Modifications:
-seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dill, salt, and pepper
For next time:
-fries more evenly cut
-cook in smaller batches and keep warm in an oven-safe serving dish at a low heat
