Cooked rice in advance (150g rice with oil, just under 300ml water, boil, 15min simmer, 15min rest).
Put cooked bacon, peas and sweetcorn in with the butter first, then rice for 3min, then put egg/pepper in the centre and mixed in. Cook for 1min then out.
Only used some of the rice - leftover egg fried and left over cooked rice too!
