This is absolutely AMAZING, especially for how easy it is! I doubled the sauce, as I had 6 thighs instead of 4, and I have absolutely no regrets cuz the pan sauce is so good. My 4 year old even ate it with no fuss. Definitely gonna be making this regularly.
