this was DELICIOUS!! so easy and a joy to make. i added some poppyseeds to it because i was craving a lemon poppyseed muffin type experience. the loaf came out so moist, and had a nice bright flavour. it was a hit! my friend told me it was the best dessert i've made so far \(*o*)/ i'm absolutely elated. i'm excited to make it again as is or maybe with some lavender or blueberries as a complement to the lemon. thank you so much for a tasty recipe! <3
