Made this for our family dinner and partnered it with my very own braised beef noodle soup and air fried tofu. I was able to make about 50 of this. I just used store-bought dumpling wrappers and for the chili oil, I used home made as stated. I added more kutchay (chives) than needed and you can really smell the aroma of the kutchay! 💖 my family loved it. Will make again soon
