This is the 4th time I've made this meatloaf. I love it every time!
Such a simple, yet, delicious meatloaf. The shrooms are KEY. They really provide the moisture & add that meat texture without needing moooore meat. I think I would cut down on the breadcrumbs, however, just a smidge. Added a touch extra worcestershire.
