This is one dish that my picky eater actually asked for seconds. I had to make sure that the mushrooms were minced to where it looks like extra "meat" to my kids. They did asked for grated parmesan cheese to eat this, but; hey I'll take that as a win for introducing more flavors and healthier dish.
