I made this as is, & though I'd make it again, I'd make a few small changes.
1: I'll try adding something to it next time, like vanilla extract & chopped nuts, bc they were a bit bland as is.
2: I'd make them a bit smaller. I don't have a cookie scoop, so I just used a rounded tablespoon. I acknowledge that this may have contributed to my underwhelmed response, as I felt compelled to roll them in an attempt to hold a tighter shape. The result resembled whipped shortbread cookies (as opposed to the recipe image), & I suspect affected the finished texture.
