What an incredible recipe!! This has to be one of the best focaccia’s I have tasted and made (and I have been to bread making classes where I have made chariots breads). I absolutely loved the concise and well articulated videos, so easy to follow! I’m so glad I ran into this recipe on my Instagram. Making it second time, will bake it fresh in the morning for my office colleagues. My Italian colleague is baking her focaccia as well and we want to compare the breads, hope this recipe wins😁😁😁
