Was absolutely delicious with the kinda spicy air fried chicken breast Gina paired it with on the skinny taste meal plan! I was hesitant but trusted Gina and left the broccoli raw/uncooked; no regrets! I scarfed the bowl down!! Definitely needs more than the 1 head of broccoli the recipe calls for. I used two heads because I knew it was supposed to make at least 8 cups of salad. One head of broccoli would have drowned in the toppings haha! It was surprisingly easy to throw together
