My neighbor gave us some fresh tomatoes out of their garden. We aren’t really into tomatoes but a friend had made a tasty bruschetta that I liked so, I remembered how she made it and then found this recipe which is similar. All the same except for the red onions and parm cheese—which made this really lovely. I added some oregano and Italian spices. After it sits for a while in the fridge is is so yummy. I put it on black pepper/olive oil Triskets and a fontina cheese.
