I was apprehensive because salsa with salmon sounded like a weird combo. So glad I made this, I will be making it again. The only changes I made were to thr salsa. I omitted the olive oil and used fire roasted canned tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes. I also added jalapeno and garlic to the salsa. I let the salsa sit for several hours before stirring in the avocado. The jalapeno gave the dish a pleasant kick. I served this on top of a brown rice quinoa blend. I will definitely be making this again, such an amazing twist on grilled salmon.
