This was SO bland and watery. I fixed it as best I could without adding a starch. Changed cheese to an Italian blend of smoked provolone, asiago, mozzarella, and parmesan with about a tsp of sodium citrate. Added 1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence. Omitted chicken broth and instead used the liquid reserved from the mushrooms, onions, and zucchini which made a flavorful broth. Also added minced garlic.
