This was so fun to make, watching the cheese melt was so satisfying! I had my hob on 5 but it took forever for the sauce to thicken. I added 60g of breadcrumbs which I made in the food processor. I like the crunch of the breadcrumbs, makes it so much better! I love this recipe, very tasty!
