I’ve made this a few times and forget the nutmeg every time. I add extra cinnamon because I love cinnamon. Tastes great. When we get lots of zucchini from neighbors’ zucchini plants, I make this. Otherwise it’s a lot of work. I always do a small loaf pan and freeze one of the loaves.
