We enjoyed this. I added some extra veg in with it, including chopped-up carrots and leeks. Can't decide whether it would've benefitted from the addition of some tinned tomatoes to lend an acidic note; but it was still nice without. I only pressure-cooked it in our Ninja Foodi multi-cooker for 10 minutes, plus pre-heating time, and that was sufficient time. A comforting, warming dish on a mid-February evening.
