Super delicious with a bit of tweaking.
2.5-3 tbsp of curry powder, 1.5 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4-1/2 tsp of garam masala, sprinkle with cayenne or 1/8 tsp (can add more if needed).
Also, the sauce was a bit thin so I added slurry of 1/4 tsp arrowroot (mixed with a splash if cold water) to thicken it up. Which worked perfectly, no more, no less.
