I made this dish in triple because I like a lot of sauce and plenty of mushrooms etc. I sliced the garlic instead of minced, and used 6 shallots sliced thick. I used a lot more of the marsala wine too because I found the flavor wasn't present unless I increased the amount. I added chipotle pepper, and cajun seasoning in small amounts. It was absolutely delicious. I will serve this with miracle noodles, celeriac mash, and keto cheddar bay biscuits.
