OPEN ALL YOUR WINDOWS 😂 This is amazing but the sugar being heated will make your kitchen smoky (can you do it outside? Do it outside). I’ve made it with chicken wings, too, but the only way to do that was to steam the wings in the Instant Pot first (essentially par-cooking them, minimizing the time they need to spend in the pan) so they cook quickly. You’re essentially just glazing them that way. No matter which cut of meat you’re using, OPEN YOUR WINDOWS and turn your vent fan on high 😊
