The sauce was very bland killed the whole recipe. I personally would do a puree with more broth or tomato sauce instead of diced. Possibly a small amount of vinegar. As for baking as ingredients unclean I recommend 400 degress fahrenheit for 20 minutes in a 13 x 9 glass pan.
