Cooked great in the air fryer! I did have some difficulty getting the panko mixture to stick to the egged zucchini fries, but that could be because I omitted the cheese. They were still crispy and delicious! Because I don’t like cheese, I did end up needing almost twice as much panko breadcrumbs as the recipe called for. The zucchini fries don’t have that crispy almost “snap” that regular fries do. They were a little too soft and moist in the inside for me, but still nice and crispy on the outside
