These are so delicious! I used Werther's soft caramels(about 14) and they melted perfectly! I had to let my dough sit in the freezer for about 20 mins before I could make my balls with it. Once I let the dough get unsticky, I made ping pong ball size, maybe a lil smaller, and flattened them down. If the dough is cold they don't spread out as much when baked.
