This was amazing! Had to adjust for what I had on hand. I used 1 red bell pepper and tomato paste and extra beef broth, dried thyme instead of Italian seasoning. I don't know how this came out savory sweet, I didn't add any sugar. I also used an electric multi cooker but not an instant pot.
