I added 280 g of chopped mushrooms as the veg and sauteed with the onion, replaced thyme with herbes de Provence, used water w 1 tsp miso in place of broth. Pressure cooked for 24 mins but will try 26 next time as rice was just a bit too firm. Replaced butter & cheese with 3 tbsp nutritional yeast & 1 tbsp tahini - could increase. Might add lemon next time. Salt to taste.
