Ridiculously Easy Farmhouse Buttermilk Cake

Spokane 3/20/24. Made it because I had buttermilk but no white sugar. Also used whole milk an a little extra butter instead of half and half in topping. Pulled cake out at 28 minutes. Should have gone 30 because the middle sunk. Maybe too much topping because it pulled in the center. Probably wouldn’t be a problem if middle hadn’t sunk. Maybe fewer pecans next time. All in all, a good cake.

Mortel. Ajouter 3 pommes (coupées en gros cubes, cuites avec un peu de sucre et de jus de citron) dans la pâte pour décéder un poil plus vite.
