Mexican Grilled Chicken

The chicken was very good and we cooked it in the oven at 400 for 30 minutes. We used thighs and only marinated for 30 minutes.

Add some orange juice

honestly the best chicken we've ever made. we talk about it regularly. made the BEST homemade fajitas ever.

I marinated the chicken overnight and I think that made a big difference then I air fried it, and it basically was falling apart. Another big hit with my kids! I have three boys and they are 12, 21, and 23. My oldest and his girlfriend come over every Monday for dinner so I’m always trying new things and I’d have to say most of the things they have liked I will be making this again and definitely marinate overnight.

Cooked on a stove top grill pan. Moist and delicious.

Great marinade. Cooked in the air fryer and it stayed juicy and full of flavour. Don’t have photo as we ate it all up. Nom nom.

Delicious. I used chicken thighs and baked at 425° for 35 minutes, and got to use the marinade as sauce. Thank you!

This is such an easy marinade & it taste great. Making now for dinner for tomorrow night.
